Stronger platforms built over the last 12 months
have already benefited the division, enabling it to strengthen its competitive position. Ongoing work, particularly in procurement, logistics and service is expected to provide further value for customers.
Each business is firmly focused on growth and in 2007/08 the division will have the benefit of a full year’s result from Bullivants.
While strong resource activity is expected to continue, traditional manufacturing markets, particularly in the automotive industry, are likely to remain subdued.
