Review of Board performance
The Board will be conducting a self evaluation performance review in 2008 covering the Board and its standing committees. Feedback on the performance of the Board and its committees will be obtained through the completion of a detailed questionnaire by directors.
The results will be considered by the Board as part of its annual planning session.
Review of performance by executive directors and senior executives
Details of the performance review process for executive directors and senior executives are set out in the Remuneration Report, which forms part of the Directors’ Report on pages 125 to 135 of the Financial statements.
